Requirements
  • Associate degree in a related field such as human resources, business or public administration, psychology, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field.
  • Three years of job-related experience working in a professional office environment, with an emphasis on recruitment. Relevant experience may include recruitment, staffing, onboarding, customer service, reporting, workforce coordination, health care operations support, or similar work involving communication, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Analytical and solution-focused – Able to identify recruitment challenges, spot patterns, and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong communicator – Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with applicants, managers, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Relationship-builder – Develops and maintains productive working relationships across multiple facilities, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Self-directed and adaptable – Works proactively, manages competing priorities, and responds well to changing staffing needs and urgent hiring demands.
  • Detail-oriented and organized – Maintains accurate records, follows up consistently, and tracks recruitment data carefully.
  • Technically proficient – Learns and uses recruiting, HR, and reporting systems effectively.
  • Customer-service oriented – Provides responsive, professional support to applicants, managers, and internal partners.
  • Professional and discreet – Handles sensitive information appropriately and maintains sound judgment in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead health care facility recruitment efforts by coordinating recruitment strategies, candidate outreach, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring support for facility-based positions across Montana.
  • Support hard-to-fill and high-priority hiring needs by helping managers identify recruitment challenges, improve hiring processes, and streamline the time-to-hire for applicants.
  • Strengthen consistency and recruitment practices by supporting tools, communications, workflows, and process improvements that improve hiring outcomes across health care facilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Health care facility or clinical environment experience
  • State of Montana position classification certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire
